INGREDIENTS

• 1 ounce (30 ml) sous vide infused ginger syrup, well chilled
• 1 ounce (30 ml) Midori melon liqueur, well chilled
• 2 ounces (60 ml) champagne or prosecco, well chilled

DIRECTIONS

1. Put the ingredients in order into a champagne flute.
